Install WD Helper

  1. 1 Navigate to Microsoft AppSource
  2. 2 Click the "Get it now" button
  3. 3 Sign into your Microsoft account. Please make sure that you use the account that you use with Word / Office
  4. 4 Select your "Country / region". The add-in is only currently available in the United Kingdom
  5. 5 If you are happy with the privacy statement then click "Get it now"
  6. 6 The add-in is now installed to your account

Optional Step

You can click "Open in Word" to launch Word. This will open a Microsoft generated Word document and you will need to click "Open Word" at the dialogue.

When you open Desktop Word the "WD Helper" button will appear on your Home ribbon under the Simple Addins group.

If you have followed the optional step above, the add-in will automatically launch.
