Subscriptions are managed through Microsoft AppSource. You will need a Microsoft account. After subscribing, Pro features activate automatically the next time you open the add-in in Word.
Common questions
Can I try Pro before buying?
Yes — a 14-day free trial is available when you sign up. You can use all Pro features during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you won't be charged. After the trial, the add-in continues to work on the Free tier.
Is this a per-user licence?
Yes. Each subscription is tied to the Microsoft account used to install the add-in. For team or organisation licensing, contact us.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel a Pro subscription, your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, the add-in will revert to Free functionality.
How is payment taken?
Subscriptions are purchased through Microsoft AppSource using your Microsoft account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe on behalf of Simple Addins Ltd. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — we do not hold them ourselves.
