Template Helper
Stop manually hunting through template documents for fields to fill in. Template Helper scans your document, presents every placeholder in a guided interface, and writes your values back safely — saving hours of manual editing.
How Field Scanning Works
- 1Open a template document containing bracketed placeholder fields
- 2Click Scan in the Template Helper panel
- 3Every placeholder field is listed in a guided interface
- 4Fill in each value — identical fields are grouped so you only type once
- 5Apply — Template Helper writes all values back into the document
How Clips Work
- 1Select any text in a Word document
- 2Save it as a clip with a name and optional tags
- 3Search and insert saved clips into any document with a single click
- 4Export and import clip libraries to share with colleagues Pro
